Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Prices are subject to change if additional work is required
• We will always consult with you before undertaking any work beyond the agreed scope
• Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your quotation

Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Disclose any known issues or previous restoration work
• Arrange appropriate transport or delivery of items
• Make payment according to agreed terms
• Collect completed work within the agreed timeframe

Our Commitment

• Store your furniture securely while in our care
• Complete work within estimated timeframes where possible

Limitations of Liability

While we take every care with your furniture, we understand that restoration work involves inherent risks:

• Some damage may only become apparent during restoration
• Antique materials can react unpredictably to treatments
• We will discuss any concerns or risks before proceeding
• We maintain appropriate insurance for work undertaken

Storage and Collection

• Completed work should be collected within 14 days of notification
• Storage fees may apply for extended periods
• We will make reasonable efforts to contact you regarding collection
• Items not collected may be subject to disposal after reasonable notice

Cancellations

We understand circumstances change. If you need to cancel:

• Please notify us as soon as possible
• Work already completed will be charged for
• Materials purchased specifically for your project may be charged
• We will work with you to find a fair solution
